Revive and Restore

Mornings and evenings are great times to practice yoga as you transition into and out of the more active part of your day. Each day has a different theme, related to the natural elements. These short classes (around 30-45 minutes) are designed to be done daily, and you can pick and choose from five morning and five evening practices.

Live classes take place on Zoom, May 16-20, 2022 – 9 am and 7 pm EST daily. Recorded classes will be available within 24 hours, on the course portal.

All taxes are included in the cost of each program, which is in Canadian dollars

Equestrian Yoga

Horseback riding demands a variety of skills from the rider. This 12-lesson course prepares your body and mind, using movement, breath work and visualization to take your riding to the next level. All practices are done unmounted and no horse is required to do the practices.

We explore six areas of growth in this course, with a full class (approximately one hour) and a 10 -15 minute mini class that distills the main theme of the class into a potent short practice that you can do anywhere, anytime. The mini class is a great way to connect to the practice every day without committing to a full hour.

The six sections are: Flow, Breath, Hips and Spine, Upper body, Overall, and Standing Sequence (great for doing at the barn before you ride!).

If you’re ready to take your riding to the next level, increasing strength and flexibility, improving posture, working with mental blocks, and finding more ease through breath and visualization, this course will help to get you there.
